Steam injection systems

The steam injection system developed by IVS Doseertechniek for mixers, expanders and compactors results in increased conditioning of the feed meal and improves its compressibility.

The unique feature of our system is the volume-expanding dehydrator unit after the reducer. A steam flash is created here, resulting in overheated dry steam.
